1. Binasoybean-1:
Binasoybean-1is moderately resistant to yellow mosaic virus (YMV) and tolerant to stem rot diseases released in 2011. The plant is shorter in height, deep green leaflet and light yellow seed coat color. This variety is can be grown both Kharif (mid July) and Rabi (mid January) seasons. Maturity period ranges from 105-110 days. It can be grown in wide ranges of land and soil types from sandy to loam soils. It can produce seed yield of 3.0-3.3 t/ha. The seed contains 44.5% protein, 27.0% starch and 19.0% oil. This variety can be cultivated all over the country but more suitable for high and Charland of South and South-western regions of Bangladesh.

Binasoybean-2 is moderately resistant to yellow mosaic virus (YMV) which is released in 2011. The plant is shorter in height, deep green leaves, hylum very clear and black color and brighter yellow seed coat color. This variety is can be grown both Kharif (mid July) and Rabi (mid January) seasons. Maturity period ranges from 95-100 days. It can be grown in wide ranges of land and soil types from sandy to loam soils. It can produce seed yield of 2.4-2.8 t/ha. The seed contains 43.0% protein, 27.0% starch and 18.0% oil. This variety can be cultivated all over the country but more suitable for high and Charland of South and South-western regions of Bangladesh.
